Supporting Families through Days Measured in Monitors and Milestones, from Bedside to Bonding.
How I Can Support You
Every family's experience with high-risk pregnancy, the NICU, and bringing a baby home is different. I provide compassionate, non-medical support tailored to what you and your family need during each stage.
Whether you need education and guidance, help preparing questions for your healthcare team, emotional support, or simply a steady presence during an uncertain time, I'm here to walk alongside you.

High-Risk Pregnancy Support
A high-risk pregnancy can bring additional appointments, questions, decisions, and uncertainty, even when everything is going well. Other times, it may include complications, bed rest, hospitalization, or preparing for the possibility of an early delivery or NICU stay.
Wherever your pregnancy takes you, I can provide education, guidance, and emotional support while helping you feel more prepared for what may be ahead.
Facing a Possible NICU Stay?
If you've been told your baby may need NICU care, this free guide offers a gentle introduction to what families may experience and how NICU doula support can help.
NICU Family Support
A NICU stay can bring difficult emotions, unfamiliar terminology, new routines, and a lot of information to take in at once. I provide compassionate, non-medical support to help you navigate the experience while finding your own routine as a parent in the NICU.
I can help you process information you've received from your healthcare team, help to prepare questions, explore ways to connect with your baby in partnership with your healthcare team, and provide emotional support through the milestones, setbacks, and uncertainty that can come with a NICU stay.

Transition to Home
Bringing your baby home is an exciting milestone, but leaving the support and familiarity of the NICU can also bring new questions and uncertainty. I provide continued support as you prepare for discharge and adjust to caring for your baby at home.
I can help you prepare questions for your baby's pediatrician and other follow-up providers, think through what you'll need at home, navigate new routines, and provide emotional support as your family settles into this next chapter.
